Appetizer Conditions

No party planner ever wants their guests to leave hungry,
but what is the right amount of appetizers to order for an event?
When planning an event where appetizers will be served prior to the meal,
the recommended number for appetizers is three to five pieces per guest.
On the other hand, when serving appetizers in lieu of a meal,
the recommended number is 8 to 12 pieces per guest.
To make ordering easier for you and to ensure you have ample
food for your guests, most of Champagne Catering’s appetizer offerings are sold in
quantities of 40 pieces unless otherwise stated
